Every movement in the organization, everyone has the right to be informed. And, you should make sure they were able to read it and understand it. No matter how small the movement is, everyone has to know. This becomes a protection to the organization like when someone will react not receiving any information, you can show a signed memorandum, that person having read it. No one is excused to these, as everyone is also responsible to know and has the right to be informed of any matter concerning the organization.
In delegating the task, you have to emphasize that the task is not an additional burden but more of a trust you have towards your people; that they have the ability to perform and to achieve what is expected of them. It is important that you give them the assurance that they are not being loaded with stress but they will be assisted with the corresponding tasks and that the management is more than willing to give support and backup to those who really need it. This is sometimes what fears those who receive additional tasks, as they feel obligated with more work and that if they cannot comply, they will be punished. It is important to make it clear to them that it is not; rather it is only to train them for bigger opportunities.
